Spice 24 opened in Edison in 2015 with a simple idea — to serve our customers culinary creations made with the freshest ingredients, skilled preparation, and their personal choices.

The name “24” stems from our signature mala sauce that blends 24 spices, and is also a nod to the spectrum we cook across: numbing, sweet, sour, savory, smoky, fragrant — and all the quiet shades in between. Every plate is a different read on the same alphabet.
